Laplacian Smooth Modifier- UV test

In Figure 1, shows a plane that has 4 x 4 subdivisions, and the Laplacian modifier, I apply Unwrap.

In Figure 2, I modified laplacian border to 2.228, and uv projection no change, and have good behavior
