December 11 - December 17

Had better luck with right-to-left scripts for Text Objects, in that I now know how I have deal with the character caching in there. Posted a WIP of a refactor that might be needed.

December 4 - December 10

Spent quite a bit of time this week investigating both the possible implementation of Open SVG fonts, and of supporting right-to-left scripts for Text Objects. Have a proof of concept for the former, but so far not much luck on the latter.

Was on holiday in the UK, arriving back home on the night of Thursday, November 9th. So not much Blender work done.

October 30 - November 5

Holiday: I will be AFK until November 10th while I continue to explore the UK. I should be able to answer email most days though. No Blender work at all.

  • Monday - Arrive in Newcastle via Ferry from Amsterdam.
    • Hire car and attempt driving on the left from the right side of the car.
    • Stop in Thirsk and James Herriot’s house.
    • Tea and a Fat Rascal at Betty’s in Harrogate.
    • Stop for the night in Skipton.

    • Drive to Liverpool and wander the city and waterfront.
    • Stop for the night in Stoke-on-Trent
