I'm developing a couple of addons (Atomic Blender addons) for Blender. Two addons are import/export utilities to load PDB (Protein Data Bank) and XYZ files whereas another addon allows importing Gwyddion SPM data into Blender. I also created an addon, which can create clusters of atoms.
