Can be accessed by choosing Armature from the Parenting menu.

Create vertex group menu
  • Don't Create Groups - Only parents the mesh to the armature.
  • Name Groups - As above, but also creates void vertex groups named after the bones in the armature.
  • Create From Closet Bones - As above, but also assigns vertices to vertex groups.
