  • when there, click on "Membership Management..."
  • then "Mass Subscription"
  • click on "Invite" and put the mail of the dev you're inviting and accept
  • this will send a mail with a message explaining the procedure
  • so you save words
  • for example now there's a pending mail from olaf
  • click on "Tend to pending moderator requests"
