[edit] Copy Location Constraint
Two new options have been added for this constraint
[edit] Copy 'Bone Tip' Location
When the target is set to a bone, this option is available. It copies the location of the tip of the bone instead of the head of the bone.
[edit] Apply owner's location on top of copied location ('Offset')
This option allows you to move the owner after it has a copy location constraint applied. It is off by default in order to not break backwards-compatability.
[edit] Invert Axes
