When blender.org announces a Blender Release the Wiki User Manual should be updated, possibly in many languages.

In order to coordinate wiki authors, we gather here todos derived from Release_Notes.

Edit this page if you find missing parts in the manual but cannot fix yourself. The process of manual revisions after a new Blender release is documented here, please follow it.
