Mesh Duplicating Tools
Here we will talk about quite advanced mesh editing tools, that add some elements to the geometry, by duplicating one way or the other a part of what already exists. Note that in a way, adding elements with CtrlLMB 
clicks belongs to this kind of tools…

When you use one of the duplication tool in the Mesh Tools panel, Blender cannot guess in which view you want to work in – if you have more than one opened, of course… As the view is often important for these tools, once you have activated one, your cursor turns out in a sort of question mark – click with it inside the window you want to use.
